Welcome to this large Victorian house, where you will find a very warm and friendly service. The house is a very nice and clean house, with nine bedrooms, some of them en-suite. All rooms have showers, tea/coffee making facilities, color television and shaver point.

We are just 5 minutes away from Redhill town centre, where you can enjoy a nice meal in one of the pubs, restaurant or you can see a play at the Harlequin theatre or cinema. There is also a nice night club in the town center for a night out.

Also, just 5 minutes away from Redhill train station, from where you can pick the train and go straight into London’s heart, at Victoria station. The journey is only 25 minutes.

If you wish to plan a holiday or a business trip , we are only 15 minutes by car or 10 minutes by train to Gatwick Airport.

Direction to Lynwood Guest House
Go to M25, take exit at junction 8, look for signpost to Redhill A217 then follow, Redhill - A25, follow the road until you get to Town Centre, then you will see Sainsbury's on your right-hand side, after 2-3 mile, you will come to a roundabout, go across the roundabout and follow the sign to London A23 (London Road), after the park, Lynwood Guest House is on your right-hand side.
Directions From Redhill Train Station
Come out of the train station, out to the parking lot, on to the side walk (foot path), turn right, go for 150 yards, you come to a roundabout, turn right on the same side walk, no crossing, go for another 200 yards and there we are on your right hand side.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When confirming the booking, you will be asked to provide some credit/debit card details as a guarantee or security of your reservation. No charges will be made to your card, unless a cancellation is made, falling to provide a 24-hours notice prior to the booking date.

Payment can also be made upon arrival using cash, credit/debit card or c cheque with a valid guarantee card..

Rooms required to vacates by 10.00 a.m.
Check in times are usually from 2.00 p.m, other ways by arrangement earlier.

After 09.30 am, take a Travelcard for around £9.00 from Redhill Station. Gives you Return travel to London, and free access to London Buses and Tubes.
