A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total room tariff is charged at the time of booking, the balance is payable on arrival at the guest house.
Cancellations are accepted up to noon (12:00 hrs) 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
Non arrivals will be charged in full.
Check-in is available from 12 am on the day of arrival (earlier checking are available by arrangement)
We ask that you check out by 10 am on the day of your departure.
There is no charge for parking on the night of your stay. For any other nights there will be a charge of £3.00 per night. (Please see our tariffs)
Cars are parked at owner’s risk.
All prices include VAT and Continental or Full English Breakfast.
